Victor, this is called multi-flash. You put the camera on a tripod in a dark space, set a longer exposure - it was around one second for this picture - and while the shutter is open, the flash fires several times. The camera can only sense the subject when the flash illuminates it, so you get something looking like a multiple exposure, but on a single frame with the same sheet of paper.
