Great picture of the boats near Margit Sziget! I have always wanted to get such great light and contrast, but it is always more "greyish" than "black and white". How do you mange to get that dark black and colourful white at the same time? Could you remember the settings of your camera at that moment? Or did you play a bit with Photoshop?
Thanks. I made a couple of adjustments to this picture in Lightroom, for instance introduced some desaturation and vignetting.
If you are after more contrast in monochrome pictures, a contrast or curve adjustment will work wonders. That is the blessing of digital: you are not forced to finish creating your photo when you have pushed the shutter release button.
