Had the fhe first studio shoot with the new combination of Canon 40D and Tamron 17-50 lens. Well, so far, I'm one happy customer.
Especially the Tamron lens seems worthwhile: pretty cheap, yet totally lives up to the positive reviews I read about it on the web beforehands.
