This strange view can be had from inside our relatively new Palace of Arts. No idea who and why thought it was a good idea to build a small Zikkurat next to it, but it's definitely nice for a sunset photo.

I think the Zikkurat is for the bush labyrinth next to it: so you can see the people inside and help them get out, or just laugh at them :)
